Pelican Heights is a luxury residential subdivision forming part of the Pelican Hill family of private gated communities in Newport Coast, California. Pelican Heights occupies a system of bluffs overlooking Buck Gully Reserve to the north. There is also Buck Gully Reserve to the rear of Pelican Heights, offering excellent views of nature and a trail to enjoy it up close.
