Orchard Hills from the Irvine Company is a master-planned community located near the northeastern edge of Irvine in Orange County, California. On its northeastern edge, Orchard Hills is backed by the rugged Loma Range and traced by California Route 241, known as the Eastern Transport Corridor. Route 241 diverges into Route 133, forming part of Orchard Hills’ southern corner.
 

Orchard Hills Area Information

Entry to Orchard Hills’ various communities is provided along its southwestern edge formed by the Portola Parkway. The northwestern border of Orchard Hills is formed by Route 261.

To the east is a vast wilderness area including Limestone Canyon Regional Park. Irvine Lake is a short distance north of the Orchard Hills Community.
 
Orchard Hills has two main access points forming a loop that encompasses Northwood High School, starting as Orchard Hills road in the south and becoming Culver Drive near its northernmost point.
 
Much of the Orchard Hills area is dedicated to either rugged, grassy hills, or avocado groves. These features provide a scenic alternative to the much more dense urban landscapes of Irvine to the south and west.
