Broadmoor Real Estate

Homes within Broadmoor, like those in Broadmoor Hills, offer a fine selection of styles and floor plans that evoke all the best features of Southern California residential architecture. Whether it's the flat or sloping roofs, Mediterranean inspirations, or unique Craftsman features, Broadmoor is the best of Southern California homes all in one place.

Homes in Broadmoor were originally designed and developed in the 1960s, and as such, reflect some of the enthusiasm for Modernism and Craftsman styles of the time. Since then, many of the homes have been renovated, or plots redeveloped. This has created an excellent mix of new-traditional and contemporary elements mixing with the more classic designs.

Overall, the homes are understated and eschew the more common Spanish-villa aesthetic of many communities around Irvine.

Furthermore, while quite spacious, the homes do not reach the heights of Orange County’s ultra-luxury properties in terms of size. In all they are the perfect mix of comfort and manageability, all within a wonderful area with excellent views and many nearby amenities.

Beautifully designed, low-maintenance gardens complete the picture for these convenient and luxury residences.
