Lower Bluebird, also known as Lower Bluebird Canyon, is a small residential community located a short distance east of Laguna Beach's CBD. The community is accessible by following Bluebird Canyon Drive northeast of Highway 1 approximately 1.2 miles south of the intersection between Highway 1 and Broadway Street.
 

Lower Bluebird Real Estate Information

Following Bluebird Canyon Drive or Cress Street from Highway 1, you'll eventually come to Bluebird Park. This park marks the beginning of the Lower Bluebird community as it extends towards the northeast. The park itself also has some excellent facilities, including large shaded play areas and a beautiful green. 
 
The community of Lower Bluebird itself is surrounded by wide natural spaces, giving a real sense of seclusion within the wider Laguna Beach area. Neighboring communities include Top Of The World to the northeast, and Arch Beach Heights to the south, although neither of these is directly accessible from Lower Bluebird. 
 
Homes in Lower Bluebird are a mix of towering modern constructions and charming bungalows. Many occupy wide lots, making for relatively rare double-gabled designs and ranch-like layouts.
