Welcome to Arch Beach Heights

It's also known for its rows of tall, cozy homes that boast some of the best ocean views in Southern California.

Arch Beach Heights Real Estate Information

Arch Beach Heights homes are separated into two areas connected by Del Mar Avenue. The eastern portion is the smaller of the two and borders Moulton Meadows Park, a community recreational area with sports facilities and a playground. This part of the community also links back up to Highway 1 via Balboa Avenue, and north along a connecting road to Sommet Du Monde in the Top Of The World community.

The western portion of Arch Beach Heights connects to the surrounding area via Summit Drive and Alta Vista Way, which winds through the Alta Vista neighborhood.

Homes in Arch Beach Heights occupy narrow lots and are similarly narrow themselves. At the street level, they are typically one or two levels high, but given the topography of the neighborhood, they appear much taller from the next street down. This terraced layout provides excellent views for many of the properties, which employ balconies or rooftop decks to make the most of the stunning location.

Various modern architectural styles are evident, with either square or low-pitched masses, clerestory windows, and an abundance of decorative work carried about by texture, rather than overt features. Older stock on the market includes homes mostly from the 60s and 70s, however, there are also many larger infill homes built in more recent years.
