This is the perfect yoga studio if you are always on the go and need a flexible workout schedule as I do. They have a variety of classes every day of the week ranging from their signature YogaWorks class which is a blend of Sun Salutation flow with other postures, to the more advanced Vinyasa Flow for a good sweat, to BarWorks or Pilates Mat for a little variation. Get to know each yoga instructor and their class styles and soon you will have your favorites.
