This place ranks high when it comes to both quality sushi and cool ambiance. Located in Corona Del Mar right in the Village on PCH, always a great night out or yummy lunch, the menu definitely has its regular's favorites such as the sizzle sushi- salmon, yellowtail or scallop sashimi drizzled with hot olive oil giving it a seared temperature- which just melts in your mouth.
Also, the Sota Pop roll, which is a refreshing cucumber wrapped roll on sticks for easy chowing and a lollipop effect. If you are looking for a lively experience, I highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar where the chefs definitely have some awesome personalities in addition to their skills and are happy to accept the hospitable drink from any patron. They are also known for serving the best quality Japanese whiskey. And my husband's favorite thing is the fact that Sota- the owner- is a Denver Bronco fan and displays his memorabilia proudly!
