This custom Shady Canyon home is nestled into one of my favorite view locations in the community. Some love city lights views or the ocean but the rolling green hills of the natural preserve that blankets Shady Canyon is what gives me peace. It is almost as if you are on the edge of the world, one with nature. The structure itself is equally stunning with honed stone flooring that is continued inside and out joining indoor/outdoor spaces seamlessly and further punctuated by the disappearing pocket doors.
I can just envision the parties taking place here, whether a daytime BBQ, guests hanging out at the swim-up bar, conversing with the host who is blending a margarita or flipping a burger- or nighttime soirée with the outdoor fireplaces roaring and Olive tree in the center courtyard lit up with lights- guests flowing easily through connected spaces. With absolutely quality materials in a soothing and fresh palette, it is simply gorgeous, and lives so casually!
